RETURNS POLICY

If you have bought through our website or telephone order and the item has been shipped to you and if you are not absolutely delighted with your purchase you may return it to us, at your own expense, within 3 working days from the date of delivery for a full refund less all applicable shipping charges and any payment processing fees.

Goods must be returned in the same condition as they left us. You should also include all of the products instructions, documents and wrappings. Items that are damaged or not in the same condition as you received them or which are worn simply beyond opening the original packaging will not be refunded. You are fully responsible for the item during the approval period and during transit back to us so full insurance is highly recommended. The item will be refunded in full within 14 days upon return and after inspection, minus shipping charges.

If you received a damaged item, please notify us immediately so that we can resolve the matter as quickly as possible.

This policy does not apply to items inspected in person prior to shipment, items collected in person or items marked ‘Sold As Is’.
